It is about 80 ft from the beach, and a short walk to public beach access. One thing that is great about Navarre, is that it is situated between the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa sound. The sound is a great place for little ones, or if you want calmer, more shallow water. It is also great for water sports! The gulf provides more waves, sea creatures and the typical beach experience!
At the house there are water views from all rooms as you can see the Gulf of Mexico from the front bedrooms, living room and front deck, while the Santa Rosa Sound is visible from the back bedrooms, kitchen window and back deck. On hot days, sit on the newly added covered porch to enjoy the breeze and sea air!
